Andrew Pitcher, Managing Director

Andrew Pitcher is the Managing Director of Highgate Developments Pty Ltd, Highgate Constructions Pty Ltd and Highgate Property (Qld) Pty Ltd. He has been involved in real estate investment, projects and development for more than 20 years and has recently established his own property business in the heart of South East Queensland’s fastest growing region – the Sunshine Coast.

Andrew has enjoyed a long history of community involvement on the Sunshine Coast and continues to engage in the global financial services industry, in which he has worked in senior positions with NAB, Accenture and SAP. With corporate experience in Australia, Singapore and the UK, Andrew understands the challenges of large and small business. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Griffith University in Brisbane. Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, and where he now chooses to call home, Andrew enjoys his proximity to the region’s best surf breaks, award-winning golf courses and time with his wife and three children.
